LECTUREBOSS LLC, Authorization and Waiver.  By submitting this form, I agree to the terms and conditions.

I authorize LECTUREBOSS LLC (“LECTUREBOSS”) to provide me tutoring services for the United States Medical Licensing Exam (“USMLE”), National Board of Medical Examiners exams (“Shelf Exams”), Comprehensive Osteopathic Medical Licensing Exam (“COMLEX”),  or any other medical exam. 

1. The information provided by LECTUREBOSS is for your personal and non-commercial use only. I understand that I may not record, copy, screenshot, modify, share, republish, reproduce, upload, post, resell or distribute in any form, any lecture, educational session, educational material, recording, webinar, email, digital file, pdf, or other educational material supplied to me through LECTUREBOSS.  A breach of this agreement may result in forfeiture of any payments made, and LECTUREBOSS may seek any and all legal remedies for any breach.
2. I agree that I will not share my password, log in credentials, webinar links, video links, or educational materials supplied by LECTUREBOSS or attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user.
3. I acknowledge that I have registered with LECTUREBOSS for the purpose of exam preparation and not at the discretion of, or for the benefit of, any competitor.
4. I understand that the tutoring may be performed by medical students, residents, fellows, or physicians, who have or who are in the process of obtaining an MD, DO, or PhD.
5. LECTUREBOSS will provide tutoring sessions and exam advice that is intended to increase your knowledge and improve your test taking skills.  Medical exams are highly complex, cover an enormous amount of information, and success depends on many variables.  I understand, acknowledge, and agree that despite the best intentions of LECTUREBOSS, there is no guarantee that I will pass the exam that I am studying for or achieve a particular score, or improve my score.
6. I will not solicit any of the tutors of LECTUREBOSS for private tutoring outside of the LECTUREBOSS platform. A breach of this non-solicitation agreement may result in forfeiture of any payments, and LECTUREBOSS may seek legal remedies for any breach.
7. For private tutoring, I understand that payment for a session must be made at least 24 hours prior to that session.  I understand that if I must rescheduled or cancel a private tutoring session, it must be done at least 24 hours prior to the session, otherwise I may forfeit the session and may lose the entire payment of the session.
8. I hereby waive any and all claims and liabilities of any nature whatsoever against LECTUREBOSS, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, directors, and successors.   I hereby indemnify and hold harmless LECTUREBOSS and its affiliates from and against any and all such Claims.
9. I acknowledge that If I make a mistake in completing an order and a refund is necessary, the transaction fee of 4% is non-refundable.
10. If you are not satisfied with your course and are requesting a refund for your remaining weeks, you must notify us by email at [email protected] within 7 days of starting the course.  You will be charged for the first week of the course at a non-discounted rate ($82 for a USMLE course and $57 for a Shelf Exam course) and your remaining payment will be refunded.
